Sure some of our players are busy keeping bases alive, and then they travel lanes so as to fool the lawfuls.
Meanwhile I'm 30k below the plane smuggling cardamine into Manhattan or slaves out of Pittsburgh, and usually with another Congressman or two.

the VAST majority of Congress credits have been made Barge-jumping slaves/cardi/software/blood diamonds into risky space.
