Well. It's been a great ride, but all things need to come to an end.

I'll be departing Disco now, and heading off to (hopefully!) greener pastures in the physical world. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed my time here, and have met some generally awesome people (you know who you are) in some equally awesome factions ([LN], BPA, SCRA|, I'm looking at you. And my beloved Rogues, of course. You know what? All of you are great.).

Discovery has been a hugely important factor in actually getting me to sit down and write, and I'm tremendously grateful for the help that that everyone here has given me in that regard. I'm not about to win a Pulitzer anytime soon but, hey, we had fun, right?

Funnily enough, after so many years in various virtual militaries, I've ended up applying for the real thing. The application process, along with other work, has demanded a lot of my attention lately, thus my rather dismal presence in-game and on the forums. So, my sincere apologies to all those people I've inconvenienced.

I'll be in touch with a few people over the next few days to say my goodbyes and sort out my old accounts and ensure they make it to a good home. Otherwise, ladies and gentlemen, it's been a pleasure.

Keep on rolling, keep this great old game alive and, most important of all, have fun.
