This is (lord) Tsuzumi of Mori family. I am (probably) the last of this noble family. I was lucky to survive massacre on Planet Kyushu (made by Kempeitai) and all that way until someone is tried to establish the former members of Kusari Naval Fleet into Imperial Navy. I am honored that someone may serve again under the Emperor, without being named so dishonorably an exile. We simply cannot be exiled from our homeland. We were just driven out by greedy bureaucats and capitalists. However I respect their choice for choosing the peace over the war, the exile of their brethen and Their Emperor is unforgivable act of disloyality and treason.

Addition: I believe in future the ones who tried to overthrow the Throne will be judged. But the ones who supported the newly founded Republic may just be civilians and people scared by possible war with Gallia, so I come up idea that those who choose to not to serve the Emperor be peacefully reestablished somewhere else. I propose sending those (the civilians and military people who have not been included in the coup) to a planet that did or didn't belong to Empire of Kusari before the Tau War, to make their own, small Republic and let them fourish in peace.

History:
Tsuzumi was born as the young spoiled, yet very clever aristocart from Planet Kyushu. After the Emperor was demounted from his office and change in the Kusari government, Tsuzumi was forced to resign from his aristocratic title and to become the middle-class civilian. He was opposed to the new Republic of Kusari. Stripped of all his money and belongings, he became less spoiled and arrogant however. Despite the young age and his proud blood, he was thrown into the world of injustice, corruption and the merciless deaths, being forced into things that he would never forget from its terror and pain.

In the more recent history he was part of the Gallic Royal Navy - aspirant in the Foreign Legion to be more precise. But sooner or later he withdrawn from FL during the First Battle of Magellan, where he had changed his colours to Combined Fleet (LN and BAF). After his "surrender" he was stationing on independant Kusari destroyer "Hyogo", which had deserted KNF ranks. After counterattack in Leeds "Hyogo" had been destroyed in battle, but Tsuzumi was recovered. He later took the temporal command of the Kusari Exile's destroyed "Sekigahara" due to shortage in the crew and his theoretical knowledge about commanding such vessel. Some say that it was token of good will (and finals of his never-happened practical training in KNF), after making report about Gallia's territory, fleet and situation inside the kingdom.
