I explained how to do it in post #77 and post #84. It is quite easy and harmless way to do it that satisfies all sides.
It gives the option for the RP crowd to RP, to the Snub PvP crowd to PvP and to the Caps PvP Crowd to PvP. Meanwhile it promotes trading and POBs creating work for the pirates and bringing fresh air to the bad activity. All in the same server without any restrictions and damn easy to implement if there were Devs that actually care about the server.
This topic is full with ridiculous and irrelevant statements that does not propose improvement just as always.
