I wasn't actually criticizing the idea.
It's just that I had to point out that the houses are, infact, the remnants of the alliance.
Just like the coalition is/was for its respective thing.
I think a unified movement could work.
At the same time, however, they don't want to spread themselves too thin.
And there will probably be a lot of opposition.
A movement in disco terms equates to ships in-game, which equates to military power.
The other factions, or indeed, the houses, are bound to object. If only because they have their own interests.
And, well.
It's hard to play peacemakers without becoming agressive terrorists or not creating enough friction with other factions or players to create in-game roleplay fuel.
As demonstrated by the bundschuh.
Difficult to play since they're aaaaaall politics, lore-wise.
(At least that's what people kept telling me when I suggested the bundschuh be revived)

This is still not that day, however.
