Umm, what information are you interested in exactly?

I think I read somewhere that, after the defeat in Langedoc, the Council evacuated to Roussillon to regroup, buildup and strike again the royalists. I think it was an ingame rumor or something.

Well, yes, Roussillon DOES exist and is filled with Council, and to a lesser extent Maquis, Brigand, IMG and now Kusari Exile forces/civilians. Majority of the garrisoned forces are for defense however, and even then we need to stay secret, as these defenses are still low. Strikes against the GRN are in a guerilla fashion with Frontier defenses in Leeds in the past. Now I don't know where we hit GRN other than in the Taus... rest of Bretonia for sure, but dunno if with small craft in a guerilla fashion or with something bigger like at Leeds. We will definitely not bring massive stuff to Magellan, at least not within the near future.
