A rollback was announced on September 14th

They did not say it would be rolled back to the 10th of August

Between the 10th of August and the 14th of September, there was no word of a rollback happening

Nobody said to not progress during the month of August, they said do not progress during the month of September

Actually...on the 15th August Prowler said he thought there would be a rollback. Later on another admin said that Prowler hadn't discussed with the others and that there was no reason to assume there would be a rollback.

But there was an indication back then. Rumours were flying around after that, rollback WAS on people's mind from that point onwards. Especially when you looked at the reasoning for it, it made sense that there would be a rollback. Which is why I stopped earning any money on 15th August onwards.

Even regardless of that. It is overall for the good of the game and the server. Sure it is annoying for those who didn't realise, but credits can be re-earned. And what other solution is there? I say that people should just grit their teeth and move on. Although in gaming communities in general, people often have a hard time doing that.

What's done is done people. Doesn't matter if your not happy over it, it won't be changing (and quite right). Most you can do is politely make a suggestion to admins that for release of 4.88 they give as far advance warning of a possible rollback, if it is at all possible to do so.

Well a shame your not in one of my factions, as I specifically told all my members in August that there was a chance of a roll back and so don't go making any creds your not prepared to lose and have to make again.
