You got it all there... pvp whoring, crap RP, oorp alliances, ganking, abusing cloak during pvp to be unkillable and then come back for more ganking and more crap RP and more oorp allying.
Excuse me if I don't trust your alleged "regulating" even one tiny little bit.
Thats just one guy. Not all of the NomNoms are like that. I personally would never allow such a thing to happen.
