I know it's not about the new rules, but I have been wondering about it for a long period of time:

I know a rule, when Player A kills Player B, Player B cannot return to the same system (except for a few situations).
But what happens when both players have killed each other?

Neither can return to the system, as they are both still dead from a PvP engagement.
