Time to upgrade Atka?

... A similar argument could probably be made for Leduc, the Ageira base which makes their bioneural processors which happens to be not far from one of the Lane Hacker's most important bases. But I have not visited Leduc since the mod update, maybe it is bigger now, I dunno.

(Why on earth Airdrie is in the same nebula is unfathomable to me.)
