Bonsoir Mesieurs et Mesdames

I am proud to announce that research regarding the perfection of hydrogen-cyanide extraction and manufacturing has been completed. With that, the Technology and Advancement Division decided not to take too much of a break and turn towards another subject to research and thus continue improving the capabilities of our movement.

Interest has eventually been around H-Fuel for many of us within the Division Lead (including myself), a fuel source been unknown for us for quite long, but has been used widely by our Sirian friends. This type of fuel is as much alien to the Gallic Royal Navy as it is to us, so incorporating this piece of technology into our own would definitely put us ahead of the GRN. But for that we need to study it first, and for that we need samples. A lot of samples. Scientific equipment is a secondary as it is mostly available, what is important is to aquire huge amount of this H-Fuel, the cheaper the better.

I am hereby requesting the Trade and Supply Division to aid us in gathering fuel in the most profitable way. I hope it is not too much from me to ask. Bonsoir, mes amis, le doc revenis le science.
