My fellow combatants,

the last Thursday ... a day we will keep in mind. After faint-hearted attack from the corsairs in the morning and the late evening the high command decided to make an example of. So a large attack group left malta deep in the night, ready to kill every corsair try to hold them:

The enemy quickly was overwhelmed. While our fighters and destroyers began to attack the enemy fighters the SOB Battleship "Iron Maiden" opened fire on the planetary defense systems of planet crete.
Unfortunatly we lost three pilots during the battle, but all three escape pods were collected asap and the pilots were brought back to Malta afterwards.



In the end our attack group killed 12 corsairs (including 2 destroyers and several gunboats) and blockaded crete for some hours.

It was a great victory for our outcast nation.
