Sky P3 address: supcommmonroee Short story about yourself: My name is Arnaud LaPierre. I've lived a simple, comfortable life. I was raised by my mother and father on Ile-de-France for my entire life, and took over management of the family-owned mill when I turned eighteen. As I began to investigate hobby piloting, one particular experience drove me to forgo the Crown's authority over me. I was flying my pleasure craft within the Ile-de-France system, when I came across GRN Montreuil at a tradelane intersection. A shuttle full of workers was attempting to flee political persecution into the rest of Sirius. The lasted less than ten seconds under the guns of Montreuil after they emerged out of the tradelane with GRP in pursuit. From that point on, I knew that the Crown could not rightly be my liege.
When I returned to my work the next week, I organized those of similar mind in the mill to rise up. We used industrial tools to attack the local police stations, and stole an old gunboat. We barely escaped into Council space intact, and the gunboat was a total loss. Out of the seventeen of us who rose up, eleven survived. My companions have joined the cause as well, but not with the naval service. I wish to join you in space, to take the fight directly to the Crown's attack dogs.
