In Real life I have many employees in my company, and the short time I have spent on discovery has totally changed the way I do things in business and leadership.

Here are some of the amazing things I have learned from all of you and consequently applied in real life.

1- EVERYONE deserves the utmost respect, even the selfish, lazy and ignorant.

Your part is to be courteous, patient and highly respectful.
Their possible lack of response to your maturity can be handled through the system.
Let the lawful systems and procedures take care of the transgressors.
You just make sure that you carefully document any wrongdoing in case proof is needed.
Ironically, controlling your temper and dealing with people respectfully mostly gains you the same treatment for as the nugget goes 'you teach people how to treat you!'

2- Handle everyone as if they could break at any moment.

yeah! you heard me right. We don't know what people have been through or are going through for that matter. There is much more to life than that present moment you are in.
Here's an example. My mom recently committed suicide. Some fellow jokingly spews 'yo mamma' jokes. fun over for the day.

I'm not saying spend your llife on ice around people but I am certainly saying.. a little respect goes a looooooong way!

3- Titles can be cool sometimes.

'Good morning mr Cummings, how are you today?'

Man, that little show of respect can prep up the atmosphere beautifully!
I have all the fellas greeting each other like that now.. at first it felt corny but when the majority got into it, laughter and fun followed much easily!

Anyhoo.. Forgive my sentimentality, but I thought it right to share how you lot have made my life a bit better...

after all.. what is a man if he does not make the world a better place?
