Nikolaas Laurens Kárpáty again checked his watch.

"15 minutes left"

Blizzard visible from the top of Nibelung Plaza, Federal Police headquarters at New Berlin, was getting stronger with each minute.

"Just another day at Berlin...I miss space stations and Holstein..."

Nikolaas was head of engineer team delegated to discuss with police officials changes to some of ships Daumann produced partially for RFP. In fast changing environment, with new routes and tricks used by smugglers and pirates, police pilots requested technical upgrades and innovations to be introduced. Per agreement with the police, common conference was organised to gather experiences and work out solutions to new challenges.

"They should be here in no time" - Nikolaas thought, checking again his watch. A group of accompanying him technicians, scientists and engineers was busy with discussion, when Karpaty heard steps coming from behind the door of the conference room...
