No, far from all of them, and there'll be quite a lot of manual checking and additions (e.g. uploading new pictures of everything) needed after that as well, but it's less work and more reliable than doing everything by hand. Ship, equipment (including guns), commodity, base and system pages are the main categories that can and will be auto-generated, if I recall correctly. Nothing will be deleted.
