Molly Independance

Well, we have been talking with Puck about this today.

As i can see, this is possible.

I will write down how i imagine it.



So, bretonia is in war with kusari, right? I think they cannot win, they even lost the controll over tau 31. And now dublin is full with corsairs (npcs), they want to take down bretonia too.

The mollys, if they like it or not, are a "part" of bretonia, so if bretonia falls, the mollys will fall too. -Kusari wins, they will enslave the mollys again, - the corsairs win, they will eliminate the mollys.

So both sides need to offer something.

Bretonia gives dublin to the mollys, and for this the mollys will cover the back of bretonia against the corsairs, and help drive back the kusari.

They could even grant access to their ships. Why? The mollys have good pilots, and gold (to help build ships)

Modding part:
- Frist the molly rep needs to be changed.
- Essex could stay in dublin, maybe a bit closer to the jg..
- Baf patrols would be reduced in dublin, they would be only near the essex
- BHG patrols would be in dublin
- The molly npcs need to be changed in every bret system, so they dont want to pirate and kill everyone

these would be the basic changes

Puck already mentioned an idea from a new system, i already have a concept for it:

-It would be between Dublin and Cambrige (so the mollys would have a quick acces to both possible corsair invasion points)
-The system would be connecte via jumpgate-construction sites (in dublin and i cambrige too)
-The system would have a lot of asteroid filelds, 1 baf base, 1 bmm base, 1 moly base, and 1 base for the new molly replacement pirate faction.
- Yes, the bmm and molly would be mineing together, this would be a part of the independence thing too, so the mollys give there tech to the bmm, that how can they speed up mining, etc etc


- The new pirate faction would be a realy drug-addict faction, like the outcast, and maybe cardamine could be selled here too.
- this new faction would have the same old rep, as the molly have right now (only with a diferent name, id, description, etc)
- They could use the old molly ships too.


Londonderry:
- it would remain the same as it is right now ( okay, not the same, we modded it a bit for the new version;))
- we have a few new models for the new molly ships, so they can be selled there too.


i know, i know, this modding part looks realy a big work, i would love to help in it (the new system, dublin, etc)

This way, dublin would be independent, but the baf would still had an ouitpost there to watch things (essex)
And this way, the molly and the baf would be an allyship of something. the molly could offer there help to patrol the rest of bretonia, defend it against pirates, etc
