I agree with everything you have said, but I do just want to add that showing respect to people and treating them well doesn't exclude being very tough when people are out of line. Infact i think it requires it.

I think a lot of this is actualy about giving a toss about the people around you, if you geniunely care about peple it's very very hard to do the wrong thing. treaing people as if they are about to break at any moment is a good idea, but also don't underestijmate people's stregth. A lot of people will get more upset if you wrap them in emotional cotton wool and will often go out of the way to prove that "they're fine".

It is very hard to deal with other people's crises especialy when you are ignorant of them, It best just to try to keep track of whats going on in their lives I suppose...

Sorry about this rambling nonsence, I was trying to make a point but i don;t think it really came out. Oh well.
