Where do I buy the Ravens Talon?

I think I want to do a VHF setup.

And yeah, I'm keeping the 2K transport as a separate char, since the reputations are getting messed up on it from randomly blowing up ships, so I'll just keep that just to farm some cash whenever I need it.

Also, does it matter what ship I'm using? Should I be using one from my faction? (eg, a liberty rogue ship) or should I just get the one w/ the best stats? And which cruise disruptor should I get?
