Right. Here's my idea;

Mollys become more involved in Gold mining, export, and guerilla warfare against Kusari.
Bretonia pulls the Battleship Essex out of Dublin, and positons it on the other side of the Jumpgate (in Leeds).
Bretonia begin construction of Belfast Base (owned by either Interspace Commerce or Bowex) to act as neutral-ground between the Irish and the Bretonians. (Like Northern Ireland). The station could be used as a platform to facilitate further development in the system (beginning with nav buoys, and some tradelanes).
NB. There are wrecked trade lanes already in Dublin. Bowex is a Bretonian company that would be happy to act as a half-way group for trade between Bretonia and the people of Dublin.

I might also suggest Mollys begin sending funds to groups such as the Unioners and Farmers' Alliance to assist in their struggles to fight oppressive corporations and gain their own rights. (kindred spirits). Before moaning about he FA's affiliation with the Corsairs, there is no reason that such minor organisations can't burn the candle from both ends. The real world is not black-and-white.

Mollys continue to have severe problems with the Corsairs, who continue to attack the Mollys purely to supplement their wealth (cargo holds full of gold...yum).

Someone ought to take over Graves, although it should be noted that there are plenty of IMG bases in the area, and the Mollys do not need a clone of Arranmore in the same system.

Don't give the Outcasts another ally in Bretonia. They don't need one, and the playing field still hasn't been levelled after the Unioners switched sides.



(How can the Molly's be supplied?)
Gold is one of the most valuable metals and still is. If allowed to take over BMM's equipment in Dublin, the Mollys will have a steady stream of gold with can be used to buy everything they might need. Let's also not forget they aren't a large population, and without corporate corruption, the Molly nation could become very rich, very quickly.
