So, let's say, Isejins in Magellan are out of their ZoI? Or is Magellan now the new Conn?

Please note that there is one particular Iseijin that has an unusual background for the faction, and operates in Liberty, which explains entirely why they'd be in Magellan as well.

So you're saying, that having "unique" background one can ignore faction's ZoI?
I thought that SRP takes care of such issues.

Aoi Iseijin is a Wild faction and IMO perfectly reasonable to use Wild bases outside of Kusari to complete operations around said bases. Of course, not prancing around with OP chimaera's in Liberty. That'd just be silly and no fun for anyone.

If it turns out to be a serious issue I'd end up grabbing an SRP for it but, well, it's a huge bother for something that seems unnecessary.
