Lane Hackers have 90% on Sirius Civilian, 100% on Borderworlds.
The only ID that has 100% on both is Das Wilde.

As for your ship choice, I do not recommend a Sabre at all, not only has its core and strafing been nerfed, but it also got a new BW competitor that just outclasses it: the Falchion.

The Eagle is probably not an ideal choice for beginners. I'd start with a Falchion.

As for making money, a very simple way to make credits fast is to mine scrap on a Junker or ALG ID'd ship.
You can sit right outside the Junker bases in Texas or Burgundy, fill your hold, and sell it right there for an excellent price.
It's currently one of the fastest ways to make money, and certainly the fastest way to make money alone.

But you'll still better off with a partner of course. I suggest looking into joining a trading or mining faction if you want to make some serious cash.
If you just want enough to support one or two snubs, that's not really necessary.
