the encounter I just had with one of your transports left all the hallmarks of a rather cancerous part of freelancer, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.
that being the silent auto thrust lol engage transport, offering no interaction at all.

(he starts shooting, still thrusting and trying to enter gates as they come)
(random indie battleship appears and starts auto-engaging which again i dont really care about because its harmless)

(we drain the ship of bots and half bats, it stops to let the battleship feed it)

(we drain it a second time and the battleship feeds it again)
(then a random escort comes from nowhere)

(all he had to say before shooting, again he had legit reasons to shoot, so not bothered too much about that)

(the transport gets into a lane and goes away)
so in 40 minutes of interaction time your transport captain managed 3 words. and your escort also managed 3 words, though he was only there for 5 of that time.
Dont know why traders and trade factions complain that pirates are unreasonable when this is the level of interaction you want to put out, you need to lose your official faction status and go back to the shadows where this level of play belongs.
