Greetings again sir,

Althought I may not use my Arrow for this, I do still have my gunboat the Etherway which I use for escorting and bounty hunting. I believe I ran into this guy early this morning myself, when I was escorting a transport out of the Tau's. He briefly tried to hault the transport...until he saw me.

I'm sure you trust my identity and reputation in this matter from our previous experience. I'll be keeping an eye out for him! If I catch up to him I'll put the squeeze of a lifetime on him! You'll have your confession!
