Well hey how about that, create house BH id's!

For example: Liberty Bounty Hunter Id. It would be like a normal Id but the player would be allowed to fly lib gb's and cruisers, but therefor should stay in lib space and be considered an enemy of the enemies of Liberty. Again though, no house battleships could be flown with the ID as house battleships should solely be for militaries. Now the player would still be free to fly a bh bs.

Make the house bh id cost around 1 or more mil. The high cost would be for the right to fly lib caps and then..as an added part, make the id only sold in say...Virginia. If they have to buy it from the military guard, it will show all that they have done much for Liberty.

My question is simple: Why?

BHG has a complete line of ships. Why on Earth (Sirius) would they need to fly House ships. If they are all about money, surely it's cheaper to maintain a ship of your own design than always requiring maintenance from outsiders.

Why on Sirius would the Houses military let them? The way I see it, the BHG is only somewhat accepted to operate because they are perhaps a necessary evil. As far as the Houses are concerned, the BHs are barely different from criminals, but they do help keep criminality at bay. Don't overstretch that trust into believing the Houses would actually allow the BHG to acquire House war material.

I don't know about the larger ships, but the BHG has one of the best of each VHF/Bomber/Gunship (those were the ones I've flown myself).
