The moment a civilian sees her and what she has become they would revolt. And there are other ways to heal her. Oh and Major Alpha go to the command bridge and send a call to every ships defending us to watch for and destroy any ships such as landing craft or whatever those things were that shot into Ableben's hull if they come within five kilometers. And anyway Admiral had your fleet continued on the course it was on she would have died. An entire fleet of nomads were waiting for you.

Dab once again sat back down on the chair and his eyes glazed over. And thats when one of the security officers finally noticed what was going on.

Security officer: Look! Her hand.

Everyone but Dab turned to look and could see, though her entire body was marked by burns and gashes the fingers on her left hand seemed completely healed. As they watched that could tiny bits of her flesh meld back together. Though at this rate she wouldn't have been healed for a year.
