Greetings High Command
As active head of O'Rhu Cell, I am contacting you in order to find out the official position of Order Overwatch regarding the establishment of this new structure in the Secondary Fleet.
I would like to point out our interest into collaborating with the main fleet, in order to perform the tasks you may wish to assign to us. If the situation demands it, our cells can also act in support of the main forces, under the command of designated members of the high command.
I have enclosed a link to the database containing active members of the Cell and respective combat capabilities. Also, i will send the Comm frequencies for the O'Rhu Cell Comms Hub
