This Pirate flies around the Kusari system and nearby regions including the Taus. His favourite spot seems to be the New Tokyo system, where he has pirated us three times. His ship is well armoured and his choice of weaponry is unknown - all we see is circular beams of green.
Thanks for your responses, we hope to see this pirate dealt with soon.
