As to restriction, well, as I said, anyone with a minimum of patience to harvest a billion, has the patience to farm npcs (if guard thingy was your idea as it seems to be the most popular one around). killing npcs wouldn't improve their RP, nor get them to forum.

Ok this may be a tad off-topic but in line with the above. Make a cruiser license and then make the bs and cr licenses something only the admins can give out. It would still require money and the admins could deduct it from the player. The thing is, the player must be registered on the forums and have 50 posts minimum for a cr and at least 100 posts for a bs.

I know it sounds crazy and far-fetched, but I will bet that it will keep large caps out of the hands of those that don't rp. Frankly I see a lot of good rpers on the forums...sadly not enough in-game. It would also cut down on cap-ship whoring as well.

So for example, at present I just have a little over 50 posts, so that way I would be allowed to fly a cruiser but no bs yet.

Again this is just an idea....basically I am thinking out-loud.
