I figured the main shippers of Bretonia and Rhineland would suffice, but I suppose Xenos should hate everyone besides the Big Three....Kusari supposedly has an isolationist policy (As far as I know....), so I figured that they wouldn't be a problem either....

Hurray! The FA gets some props! I also though that the FA ID should make them neutral to (and maybe even employable vs the BD and GC by) the Police....But I doubt that'll happen...
