The Director knew that it was no secret that the Agency was in need of fresh recruits and was always pleased to hear of new initiatives to encourage this.

"A high school recruitment program? This would allow us to start training our personnel at a young age. Of course we should only be focusing on those with real potential, these tests need to be worthy of an LSF agent."

The Director lent forward as he continued.

"This program needs to test potential recruits'; physically, psychologically, mentally, how they respond under stress and their ability to cope in the field. So this needs to be throughly thought out so that we can get the very best results."
