what pvp faction to join?

I am looking for a faction (official or unofficial, makes no difference to me) that has talented/skilled/knowledgeable fleet commanders, that focus on fleet combat and in time will give me the option of piloting a capital ship myself, will teach me how to operate efficiently in fleets, and has a lot of enemies to shoot at. Heavy focus on capital ships, fleets and strategy.

Not really going to find that around anymore to be honest. You're best off making an LNS indie and rolling with the SFC guys or something.
