That's because they have no intentions to answer in every single cruise thread.

I actually don't care if it supports RP or PVP. Docking then re-engaging would be good RP also, yes? Just to grab another ship..
I don't want to be chased by a BC in cruise while I'm thrusting away.
If he starts the cruise to catch up, I consider him fleeing, and if he attacks me after that, I consider him re-engaging.
