Cayman plans are still very tentative and not ready for public release. However, four Zoner bases in the space of two adjoining systems is overkill; it's probable that one base each in Omega-50 and 49 will change hands to other local factions.
Lanz is really only useful as a place to park caps. No big loss there.
But both pueblo bonito and boa vista have RP associated with them. The people who administrate those bases aren't going to be happy.
You also didn't mention giving us anything new and interesting, just... moving or removing stuff we already have.
So your plan is... nerf all the things? :/
I think you mean Porto Novo. I welcome contact from the current station administrators if they have queries or complaints.
Er, yeah. Got the base names crossed in my brain. Whoops.
I'll see if I can get their attention and point them here. It's likely they have no idea the carpet's about to be pulled out from under them.

Don't think of it like a nerf (because I'm not nerfing your imagination, which is the primary factor in roleplay), but more like Robin Hood: taking from a faction which has too much and giving it to faction(s) which could better use it to generate activity in the region.
It's a nerf.
I can't dock with an imaginary base. I can't roleplay with the administrator of an imaginary base.
If you give Lanzarote to another faction, we can't really base our capital ships out of there anymore, so we will need to use a POB or whatever we have left in 50. And we will have less influence in the region overall.
I assume, then, that if you're declaring we have 'too much', that you're completely against the idea I proposed?
