edit: hope the comment about shooting down unofficial tags as a terrorist basis was a joke, cause you cannot get much more ooRP than that. - characters hardly know anything about official or unofficial factions. - and whatever many factions you see. if you don t know the faction, go by the ID. thats all.

Really, though, it's a nice idea, but I don't think it will work. I can't believe I'm about to use a blatantly religious metaphor here, but I can't help but liken it to the Antichrist marking those loyal to him with the Mark of the Beast...indeed, the entire point of a Zoner is freedom and independence. This feels like it would be squashing that.
