We need to consider Discovery as if its Firefox, that in a nutshell what some of the guys ( including jinx ) have said, and Im with that. Problem is, theres still a chain of "command" and not everything gets to pass, but allowing everyone to voice their opinions without being flagged/flamed/blamed/tourched/humiliated/tubed is a good start.

Were fools to make war on our brothers in arms.
