Law update;

There have been some amendments to the base licensing section. These changes are significant and affect all current and future requests. Here is a summary of the changes so far:

The systems of New Hampshire and Magellan have been removed from consideration for license due to the intensity of the conflict with the Federal Republic of Rheinland and the Kingdom of Gallia respectively.

With the ceding of the systems of Bering and Hudson to Liberty's jurisdiction via destruction of the Jump Gates to the Hamburg system, the Republic of Liberty has reclassified these systems as Zone 3.

Finally, the system of Kansas is moved to Zone 4.

Bounty Board Notice;

In addition to these changes the Republic of Liberty has streamlined its paperwork and is now making bi-weekly payments to all registered bounty hunter and mercenary organizations and individuals. Please take a moment to review all available targets and rules for claims.
