Personally I'm wondering about:

Cruiser: Zoner Destroyer "Fearless"
Battlecruiser: Kusari Battlecruiser "Komainu"

But I'm also just curious in general about all class cap ships.
For a Gunboat, is it a crew that runs it or a single person do you think?

EDIT: The population on bases seems kinda low IMO, but then they probably only have necessary personnel on them.
