"Alright you lot, stand by!" The current shift supervisor calls out, most of the construction crew somewhere within the ship. The gunboats core coming to life makes the ship rumble for a few moments, power flooding to all of the systems. "Everything's good so far. Shields are charging, weapon system diagnostics are green..." He flips a switch, and then pushes his thumb down on a button labeled 'ignition', the mighty engine stored within the confines of the Bretonian gunboat roaring to life. At least, for a few moments, a 'hhwuuoof' of coolant and various gasses blowing out of the exhaust ports. He lets out a sigh, flipping the switch back up, and then down once more. "Let's give her one more go."

Uttering a silent prayer to the technological gods there are, he drives his thumb against the ignition again, the engine rumbling to life once more. The new parts sputter and cough a couple of times, before again letting out a roar as it comes to life. Three, four, five seconds pass, and the engine slowly dies down to its idling level, fuel and coolant properly cycling through the systems. The engineering crew lets out a resounding cheer, the supervisor opening up a communication line to the Bison hovering overhead. "She's alive and well. I think all she needs is a bit of dressing up and she's ready for service."
