My name is Hayato, Etsu. I'm son of the Hayato family and as you may know my mother have been working for you for several years at the New York orbit. Her main job is, as you call it, "watch the waters until they are enough calmed so the kusari birds can drop the Omicrons jewels."

If I'm contacting you is because my mother is getting old. She don't want to accept the fact her eyes are getting tired and is unable to do her job correclty. It would be sad if our humble family would lose such position and honour gained during several decades as a Liberty watchers for the great [encryped].

My petition is that I would like to replace my mother position as a watcher in Liberty waters. I have been working with her enough time to understand the protocols. Even more, I have been already piloting her ships when her eyes weren't fast enough.

Please note that my Liberty origin is just because of my family job. Trust me when I can I'll change this situation and I'll get the Kusari one, as long as this do not interfere in my job.
