look OP. if you don't like it, don't go to liberty. you know what an empty system means? an opportunity.
it means you can grab a few friends and mess around in it without people bothering you. eventually, someone will join. that's when you get to, for the lack of a better word, socialise with other players. do you like playing in kusari? go ahead. want to fight? be obvious. call your ships KNF or whatever. dragons, gc or iseijin will come if you leave them enough time to gather up. want to trade? call yourself bluewaffle.SHIPPING or whatever. as I said. make it obvious. pirates will come find you if you are fat enough. want to pirate? name yourself bluewaffle.SHIPPING, so that nobody suspects a thing 8|
nobody is forcing you to go to liberty. in fact, it was always the most popular house. 'muricah! nothing to do about that. liberty is the perfect example of the snowball mentioned earlier. it's in the middle of the map. people have been starting there for years, and made ships and characters tied to that general area. you can try all you can, but these are simply facts. liberty is an anchor of activity. deal with it, and make your own activity, or provide incentives or ideas that will nurture said activity. if you are not capable of doing that, tough luck. that is not a problem of the community, however. it is your problem.
get skype contacts and ping people from allied/opposing factions for an event/sparring/whatever.
