As for docking permissions, a truly "open house" system is not allowed by our regulations. If you do not have a restricted docking list, a Bretonian IFF for your station and its docking processors would solve the problem of any unwanted entities landing there. Sections 1.5 and 1.6 of the Charter give a full list of those who are unwelcome in Bretonian space, which includes Omega-3.
