The lag he's probably referring to is when somewhere in one of the 85 corners of Sirius when a base is getting sieged and causing a lag due to the firepower needed to be assembled for such an undertaking. It happens even when there's no bases and the rare moment comes up resulting in a massive furball in a single system. Too many caps will do this most often but 20 bombers letting off SNACs at a single target at one time will also do it. I've had my turtle nailed by so much firepower it warped spacetime and I find myself staring at a frozen monitor during the Kurile Krisis.
