I've already stopped playing for a few days after some fight I was in recently, lawfuls hugging POBs. Causing insane lag and massive drop in framerate (on my netbook).
Just lost motivation to even bother logging in.
If it was like this last time they had player bases, then I don't know why the hell they brought them back, I am now of the opinion that they ruin the game, serve no purpose, and spoil people's fun.
Get rid of the ridiculously OP weapons platforms. Problem solved, people still have their invisible bases to run if that's what they like doing, and other people can ignore them and get on with playing Freelancer, if they can put up with the extra lag they cause.
