On behalf of myself, and any that wishes to lend my services, I request permission to transport station materials through kusari space. This would be a request to transport outside of kusari.
From an impulsive action yesterday, I went on my way when things got hot between some of your forces and an illegal capital ship from the zoners. Despite being told to hold, I proceeded to my destination. I deeply apologise for this act of mine, and I am ready to pay a fine for my disobedient act.
