I spend a ton of time in Kusari lately, passing through with ore and such, and for the most part the KSP seem to be doing a good job. I cant say I agree with their ganking policy but their racism and overbearing nature go a long way in making Kusari feel more immersive. No faction is perfect but I can honestly say that Kusari is a better place for RP because of the time they've been putting in.
