This report is rather lengthy and takes place over the span of a week. During both of the following cases, I was communications officer for the KDS-Akisame, a destroyer. The first case in regards to a GMG affiliate transport who was transporting H-3 to through the border, he appeared to be completely unaware of the embargo, though he relented and turned back. The next infraction was an IND transport who was trafficking a large quantity of various black market ordinance through the border, he insisted that we'll need the guns in some kind of imaginary war, I fined him and destroyed the cargo. My next encounter was with three Xeno pirates assaulting traders on the Shikoku gate lane in Kepler, two were destroyed, the other fled. On another note, however, the captain of the Zoner carrier 'Hayt' made a curious statement, perhaps even a threat on the Kusari people which I will show in the audio transcripts below.
