I am writing to request the following permission:
Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons License (N-BEW License)
We would like to obtain this license to be able to ship various alien materials we need for different research projects (alien matter based devices). We might also make experiments with alien weaponry to learn about the Outcast hybrid ships, and develop methods to counter them, but our primary focus is on biomatter for now.
None of Bretonia's enemies will benefit from any results we might get, and these results will be shared with Bretonian agencies. We would like to use the devices created from these researches to gain advantage against the GRN forces on the frontline.
We also outfitted specially shielded ships made for the transfer of those materials to minimize the risk of infection or contamination.
Fee: 25 million Sirian credits.

Our ships carry the PR_ tag both in their IFFs and painted on their hulls, as you may already know it. The IFF tag is encrypted. I'd require this encoded tag to be registered for the license. If there is any issue with this application, or more details are needed, please inform me.
