Angry Xenos?

Why is it almost every time I see a indie Xeno...they have little to no RP before they attack me? Only once did a Xeno RP before he shot me. I have had them just shoot me without saying anything. The ones that DO RP have crappy RP, such as "hey you, die" (not kidding on that)
And I know I'm not the only one that this happens to...anyone else know what I'm talking about here?

Please note I am talking about indie ones...sadly I don't think I've ever ran into a XA- member before

I have run into Xenos that were too interested in having a tea party to attempt to pirate me. I have run into some other random ones in the past as well.

Remember, you are in Liberty, where the RP levels are always gonna be pretty low or average. You can't just say its Xenos when LN indies go around shooting every unlawful they see without a word. So saying its just Xenos, is probably wrong. Saying welcome to Lolberty? Sounds about right.

EDIT: Also, most Xenos are RP'd as disgruntled Rednecks that want to get back at people they feel screwed them over. Do you expect that type of person to be nice and friendly.

I know what "Lolberty" is like, the LNS are better then half the Xenos I've seen.
Did I fail to say that they attacked me on a ship that their ID says they can not attack? Yeah....cuz they did.
And I'm not expecting them to be nice and friendly, I'm expecting them to at LEST follow there ID and RP.
I don't see what your getting at by saying "it's not fair to say it's just Xenos" I never said it was JUST Xenos, even if I did how is that "not fair"?

(I am not trying to make anyone mad here about this)
