I think it would be a good addon and limiting it for only skilled old farts who can be a small little special berry themselves would also be wrong.

Phantoms should come back as SRP-Only and require great amounts of work like they already are requesting or require sponsoring from a faction owner and proven to be worthy for it's Roleplay not just there for the pew.

Also the RP part of theirs better be good and fit with the current lore

Or don't come back at all, otherwise everything would turn into pewtonlancer.
